Additional Information - Please be advised that the piano is not for use, it has only a decorative purpose. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

Tranquility! If you are looking to relax in a beautiful location in Greece then I can highly recommend this beautiful house. We would come back :)
Disappointing. The Villa is nicely located in a very quiet area, but didn’t look like the pictures. Garden full of dried weeds, the pool umbrellas broken except one, no pool cleaning (we had to do it ourselves as the pool was full of dirt and leaves after a storm), no warm water (after one week we were all looking forward to a shower that was not cold!), and generally not well maintained. We reported the problem with the umbrellas and the pool maintenance but received no reaction from the local agent.
This is a beautiful house in a very remote and private location. The pool is beautifully situated at the bottom of the garden. The house was very clean when we arrived. There are numerous places to to sit in the shade during the heat of the day on balconies and terraces. The views over the surrounding countryside are gorgeous; in the morning all one can hear is the tinkling of goat bells in the ravine below. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is a large, generously sized fridge. It was slightly annoying that inside the house they were only shoulder height handheld showers. We used the shower by the pool which was at head height. We thought the long marble staircase going down from the main living room to the bedroom was possibly a slight risk for families with young children. With wet feet it could be a dangerous. It would be wonderful if the owners invested in slightly more comfortable beds with softer, larger pillows. Our only caveat is the very steep climb from Skopelos port to the house on precipitous, unsurfaced roads. We would recommend taking the road to Glossa and turning right opposite the heliport. The unsurfaced track (from the road) to the house is steep and rough. Roads in Skopelos in general are quite challenging and we would recommend hiring a 4x4. Beyond these slightly negative comments, we cannot recommend the house enough as a beautiful place to stay and from which to explore Skopelos. The pool is stunning and the house is cool in the heat of the day as breezes blow through it. With just a few adjustments it would be a dream holiday location.
