un sitio que le falta mucha limpieza olía mal los pasillos el baño sucio la cama encontré pedazos de guantes negros en la cama una cama super mala sin tablas un desastre además ponen una esponja de lavar un plato q dejan y sucia que asco la verdad y además decía que tenía estufa y no hay solo un microondas que no se uso por dentro el microondas sucio pero daba asco calentar algo. por otro lado el precio si es más caro no importa pero contraten buena limpieza lo único que fue muy amable fue luis el portero muy atento.

I would not go there again. There is a main street near, extremely loud at night, wifi did not work and it was easy to find because the adress is not complete in Airbnb. Its more like a students house

Mi estadía en general fue muy buena, los guardias a la entrada son muy amables y siempre están disponibles, el cuarto se sentía limpio y el baño estaba nítido; la presión del agua es muy buena. La zona, a pesar de ser muy comercial se siente segura (aunque todos me decían que tuviera cuidado, pero nunca tuve inconveniente). El edificio no tiene la mejor fachada y cuándo llegas a la puerta te puedes asustar por cómo se ve, pero los cuartos sí están en buen estado, quizá algunos detalles por mejorar como una cama un poco más cómoda o darles otra pintada a las paredes, pero son cosas mínimas. Recomiendo el lugar, más que nada a gente joven, parejas jóvenes o a quienes quieran conocer a otras personas de diferentes países.

I stayed at this place for a week. The room was very clean with new sheets and pillow covers. It's a very minimal space with just a desk and a bed. The apartment can be cold, (as is cold itself) but the indoors don't seem to be insulated to trap in heat, so be sure to have enough warm clothes for indoors. There is a small kitchen for your basic use, with a fridge and a microwave. However, there was no kitchen supplies, so you have to always go upstairs to the communal kitchen in case you need a plate or cutlery. The place is also missing cleaning supplies or trash bags. There is one trash bin (in the bathroom) with no bags to throw away trash. Also maybe a broom would help keep the place clean for someone who would be staying there for a week or more and enjoys maintaining cleanliness. The main door to the building has to be unlocked manually by the doorman - this can be a little inconvenient if he’s not around and you are waiting to be let out of the building or late night when you want to enter and have to wait out in the street until he unlocks the door. If there was an electric bell/security system, it would make things more convenient for guests. The area, according to some locals I know, isn't the most pleasant, however I didn't experience anything negative. Just be careful at night. It's a convenient location, right in the center, with all kinds of stores and businesses around. The communication with Dahyanne was really fast and she is responsive whenever there is an issue or a question. I had issues with the wifi at first, then she informed me the steps she took to improve it. The wifi can be a little unstable sometimes, but for most of the time it worked fine. Dahyanne was fast in communicating with me when I wanted to book two extra nights. I recommend the place to anyone who is visiting the city. It's got nice views and big windows. The building has a lot of really nice spaces for coworking and a fully supplied kitchen at the top floor. Would definitely return next time I'm in the city.
