David was upfront and communicative from the beginning. He was courteous and friendly, and he always answered my phone calls. We had no Wi-Fi internet for our trip, which was a bummer. The lock code provided to us didn't work (because he wasn't able to change it with no house internet), thankfully he answered the phone to give us a functioning code. The house hadn't been lived in for some months, as we were staying in the off-season, and so we did a bit of dusting and bathroom refreshing, but the house was otherwise very clean. I was surprised to find five fish tanks spread across several rooms with different feeding schedules. The feeding instructions were given over the phone, coupled with post-it notes on each tank. The check-out instructions were mostly verbalized over the phone, and they were simple enough and reasonable. David mentioned he needed to author a house manual for visitors, and I agree. There's enough tasks given that a list of instructions should be provided

Beautiful home with beautiful views!! This was a great home away from home for our family of 6. Very spacious. Loved waking up to the water views. 5 out of 5!!!
