In case of full occupancy, there is the option to park nearby the property, which is a very safe area. - Security: The property is located in Alto de Pinheiro, one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. In addition to the safe neighborhood, we also have CCTV cameras throughout the perimeter, a 24-hour guardhouse nearby, and constant patrolling by a private security team that checks in at each of our entrances hourly. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its clients, whether traveling for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties during a season. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, as in addition to providing well-structured properties, we are also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of our residences, making them extremely functional. 11 day stay working remote; here’s what to expect. The space is super clean and tidy and looks identical to the photos online. The internet is fast and reliable and I was able to work in back to back Zoom/Teams meetings everyday without issue. The location feels safe and is well lit, even at night so you feel secure. And finally there’s a designated parking spot in the driveway so you aren’t on the street with your rental. 5/5! Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Satisfatório. Vários pontos positivos, mas alguns negativos pesam. No fim creio que não vale o valor cobrado. Positivos: ótima localização, muitos serviços próximos, acesso a vias principais; bairro verde, tranquilo; local bonito, iluminado, arejado, bom para pets, exatamente como nas fotos. Negativos: limpeza deixa muito a desejar; manutenção também (descarga/vaso, armários, cadeiras, lâmpadas etc.); a comunicação é dificílima por ser uma empresa. Os atendentes não tem como resolver nada e soluções levam dias. Exemplo: fomos passar 30 dias em trabalho remoto mas a internet não aceitou meu VPN. A empresa virou as costas, disse que eu procurasse um chip/plano de internet à parte. Depois de muito estresse com atendentes, ir a lojas/provedores de internet atrás do chip que não existe, falar com o próprio AirBnB, perder reuniões e usar/pagar por dias um co-working distante, a discussão finalmente chegou ao proprietario, que chamou um técnico e resolveu o problema em menos de 1 hora.
Lugar limpo, igual a foto, só a lavanderia que é bem diferente, chega a ser suja e a secadora não funciona.
