Had two great stays here with my big dog, 3 year old and grandma. Orlin and Nadia were incredibly helpful, kind and always responded quickly. Apartment was cozy, new, and in a good location. Don’t miss the Cuban restaurant “el jefe” around the corner, the cake shop, and the espresso at the small cafe right across the street from the apt is the best I’ve had in Plovdiv. And the monument park is very close and big, don’t miss the hike to the top with great views of the city. There is a mall very close by with great shopping and a kids center for little ones. It is also close to Boris Cultural center for theater and opera. It’s about an 15 minute walk to the beginning of the famous pedestrian walk through old town and and about 15 min to the beautiful Tsar Simeon Park. It is a busy local neighborhood area and a busy street during the day, but quiet at night which was great for us. We parked on the street and paid using SMS 2leva per hour. La casa è carina, accogliente, comoda, ben organizzata negli spazi, ha tutto il necessario per stare a casa. Molto utile la lavatrice, visto che venivamo da un viaggio lungo. Aria condizionata nelle due stanze utile e funzionante. A 5 minuti c'è il centro commerciale grande per ogni esigenza. Non conosco lo standard delle altre case in Bulgaria ma ritengo che quello che ho trovato penso sia ottimo. Letto grande e comodo, ottimo materasso, stanza spaziosa, con spazzi per guardaroba. Per chi volesse soggiornare lo consiglio noi avevamo n cane e abbiamo sfruttato anche il bel parco che è a 2 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo trovato una settimana di temperature molte calde ma il rientro a casa era sempre fresco. Finestre moderne, con doppi vetri zanzariere, nuove e molto valide, tant'è che la strada sotto non si sente. Abbiamo trovata il frigo con delle bibite di benvenuto belle fresche che con quel caldo sono state molto gradite.

Great stay at Orlin & Nadia’s. Check in was super easy and easy to find the apartment. They allowed us to check out several hours late to wait for our train. It was very spacious, light and bright with an extra comfortable bed! It was all well equipped to be comfortable for our week long stay with extra pillows, linens and kitchen equipment. They have a convenient mini bar to buy drinks when you arrive thirsty 😀 Our only slight inconvenience was the open shower with no curtain or boundary; water goes all over the bathroom floor but there’s a convenient quick squeeze mop to wipe it right up afterwards. However, the hot water is endless and wonderful! Note that it is about a 20-25 minute walk into the center of the pedestrian area and old town but just a couple blocks from the beautiful city park with the singing fountains and right by the mall with the grocery store inside. We highly recommend this modern apartment!
