Host was responsive but became very hostile after I notified him about the broken fridge drawers, red water filter light, unstable squeaky bunkbed, missing pool towels (We do not need the towels but since he made a big deal on his posting that they were provided, I just wanted to let him know so there is no problem during our checkout), and dangerous melted hair dryer. He called the communication toxic and ask us to check out earlier. I know it is not easy to be a landlord/host since I am one as well. But finally decided to just call Airbnb, reported the issues and checked out a day earlier. Yes, I do not need the toxic communication and unsafe electrical issue signs as well. In addition to what I tried to share with the host, there were also trash/dust pan left in the corner of the living room, sticky dining room table, broken light in the master shower and melted with 2 big holes lamp shade in the guest bedroom. I took pics of all and shared those with Airbnb.

Very nice place! Convenient location and met all of our needs. Check-in was super easy and the host provided detailed instructions. Would definitely recommend!
