The house is beautiful and it was a great place to stay for the Derby! Close to everything! Plenty of space. Pool is awesome!

Chad’s home is beautiful. The pool was divine, and the horn is beautifully furnished and spacious. Centrally located. Highly recommended.

Chad’s place was such an excellent stay for a bachelorette weekend! The back yard with the pool was impeccable and relaxing. The host was very communicative and helpful also. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate with a group of girls.

To say this house was impressive is easy….from the beautiful corner property, well thought out landscaping, your own box garden from which to pick fresh tomatoes, strawberries and peppers (talk about farm to table), the gorgeous pool and the variety of outdoor seating areas-to the exquisite interior…. a home chefs dream kitchen with everything a cook needs. Of course this cook brought way too much food and could have used a bit more free shelves in the pantry space!! Lots of room for comfy family time in the family room as well as the movie theater downstairs. Bedrooms-bathrooms galore!! What my family found as an amazing attribute to the home, silly as it may seem, is the foot massager in the movie theater! We needed a “take a number”! The owners were very gracious in what they shared in their home. Lovingly decorated. Attention to detail was apparent throughout. Most importantly anytime I had a question they immediately responded.
