We stayed here for the Derby. It was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The location was ideal to get to Churchill Downs easily. The place was very clean and spacious. Beds / bedrooms were comfortable. The temperature / AC was effective. The open dining & kitchen with a nice deck was a perfect gathering area. Michelle was proactive with her communications leading up to the stay. She provided us with a nice mint julep welcome gift & fresh flowers! Thanks for being a hospitable host.

Had a great weekend in Louisville, the house was perfect and Michelle was a very attentive host. Would definitely stay again!

This was my second time stay at Michelle's home I love it. It almost makes you feel like u are staying at your sisters. I recommend highly it is a great location 10 minutes from airport and a few minutes to the highlands restaurant area If I have the opportunity to stay again I will

House was very comfortable and we felt like we were staying at Our sisters place I was impressed with the response time for all out questions and concerns We were attending a trade show at KY Expo Center 5 miles away with very easy access I would recommend Michelle's house over a hotel Room any day I will be booking it for our next show for sure
