I spent a week here while I was in town for work training. The overall experience was great, GPS took us right to the rear of the property and parking. Michael was very good at communicating through the whole trip. The appartment was clean and well taken care of, it was as described, kitchen with small table, bathroom and main bedroom upstairs, living laundry and second bedroom downstairs. The apartment is shared with other occupants but other than hearing a noise now and then it wasnt any issue. I assume that goes both ways. Englewood seems like a nice clean town, and the restaurant selection was way more than I am used to. Just about anything youd want to eat is within 10 minutes at most. What I liked most was when we made a short trip west and we were in the mountains. We got to spend a few afternoons and evenings at several parks and forrests. I highly recommend a visit to Idaho Springs via hwy 103.
Michael and Co are attentive, quick to respond to messages and helpful with local recommendations. The house is very clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you would need and the bathroom was very clean. Cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Michael. 10/10!
This 2bed/1bath guest suite was perfect for a quick trip to Denver with my brother! The alley with access to the guest entrance was tricky to find the first time, but after that, we had no issues! Would stay again!
Great host, perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Michael was quick to respond to questions before we booked. We loved sitting outside in the little garage patio. Very comfy accommodations.
This spot is super cute super easy to get to the gothic theater and other fun things to do around Denver would recommend 100%

Our goal is to create fun, homey, and thoughtful experiences, while also using our Airbnb assets to visit our family and friends. Our family and our bnb's are in Austin & LLano, TX; Columbus, Ohio; Denver, CO, and Oceanside, CA. We have two gentle, yet enthusiastic dogs who love to lick you the first time they meet you.
