Host was responsive. On the other note, the place looked better in the photos. The reality didn't quite reach the expectations. WiFi needs to be upgraded. The place needs maintenance.

Pictures look lux but doesn't really match up to reality. Location/grounds & general construction are just OK. Unit is very clean & organized. The pictures do show the kitchen-eating-living room are combined but smaller than we thought. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware, real china dish & mugs, real glass glasses, metal cutlery. No oils, spices, etc. 2-500ml bottles of water. 2 small safeguard bars of soap. 4 sachets of shampoo. Toilet paper. 1 extra garbage bag. Hanging rack on balcony. WiFi is super slow and almost useless. I ended up just using my phone as a hotspot. TV is old & connect to some off-brand "smart" box. They have Netflix but it is slow, & frustrating to use. I ended up connecting my laptop via a HDMI cable that I brought with my hotspot to watch Netflix. Unit manager only speaks Cebuano but very helpful & sweet. She doesn't answers text. Security is helpful & courteous. Free parking - 1st come/1st serve. Best choices elsewhere at better prices.

Small comments on the noisy environment and a bit of maintenance for the place.The rest are ok especially the host very responsive on all queries.
