Luxurious building with big lobby and music and air-con in elevators. 26th floor rooftop panoramic patio. (They just forgot to finish the the pool and gym, sorry.) The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The 26 floor tower is across from "All Home" and "Coffee project", 2 minutes walk from Limketkai Shopping Supermarket entrance. 2 full bedrooms, one master bedroom has big veranda, own bath room. Aircon in both rooms, no air con in sala (we can install if you want to rent longer term). Good wind and ventilation, several fans. We have a private garage, you may discuss if free or for additional rent.

The host and caretaker are very responsive to our requests and questions. The unit is very comfortable and near to almost everything!
I just want to give thanks to hosts for being so professional and responsive to all our concern. The place is near SB and other restaurant and so we enjoyed walking at night since its a quiet place and safe. We enjoyed our stay and we feel comfortable since lahat ng kelangan namin naprovide nila Ms. Joy. So I highly recommend this place and I will surely rent again when I visit CDO. Thank you po! 🖤🖤
