The location is central to the island, making it easy to get down to First Beach or up to Tumon with ease. Quite close the the Agana mall, and even closer to a grocery store, Payless. A kitchen to make mornings a little easier - make breakfast for yourself, maybe even make yourself a pack lunch and head out! A warning about the island in general, however: you'll need to get used to the roosters. They're all over the island, and they start up early, before dawn, and continue. It's not like the movies, where it happens just once at dawn.

A great location and fairly affordable place to stay. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped and there was mold on the shower liner, and the floors in the bathroom were a little dirty. But the toilet, and sink were spotless. We weren’t provided extra towels but it was easy and affordable to wash our towels or get new ones on the island. Queen was wonderful and responsive and helped us get on working WiFi when the WiFi in our unit wasn’t working. I think this unit could use a few improvements but overall I loved that it had a kitchen to cook my own meals, and super comfy couch and beds. And the location made it great to get to everything! I would absolutely recommend this place for an extended stay on Guam :)
