This was a great location to stay at. You can expect to be safe as there are locks on the grills, front door and room doors inside the home. Towels, rags, soaps, shampoos and conditioners are also available for use. Just ensure to expect a steep ride up the hill to a parking spot on the lane then a short, steep walk to get to the house, not bad after getting used to. The pictures of the home definitely do not do it enough justice as it exceeded my expectations as I stepped in. Overall, this was a great stay and I would stay there again!

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour chez Burt. Super maison avec belle vue sur la mer, celle-ci est bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. De plus, accès à netflix et autres apps de ce genre sur la télé, pour les soirées plus tranquilles. À noter, l’auto doit être stationnée un peu loin de la maison, (4-5 min a pied, dans la rue) toutefois le quartier est sécuritaire. Propreté A+. De plus, Burt est facile à rejoindre en cas de besoin et est attentif à vos besoins. Si vous voulez profiter de la plage, impossible d’y aller à pied. Compter 20 min d’auto pour rejoindre la plage de Winnifred beach (gratuite et forte agréable)

Photos of the property are a good indication of what the property looks like but probably does not give it the justice it deserves. The property is beautiful with amazing views and looks far better in real life. Burt was a great host who was very quick at responding and was available anytime I needed to speak to him. He was accommodating throughout our stay there. The property is literally only a 5-10 min walk from the main town as stated. Pros- Great attentive host WiFi is strong Strong showers with running hot water Beautifully decorated Minutes away from town Gated doors & windows & surveillance cameras for additional safety Cons- The walk from the car to the property is harder than I had anticipated from the description. Steeper with stairs (but it’s about a 5min walk) A/C only in the master but there are ceiling fans and a standing fan that you can use in another room. Like most of the island stray dogs are common and this is no exception but generally, they are harmless and are more afraid of you.

Burt's house was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at. It is an incredibly nice house with a beautiful view. Finding it the first time can be very tough, but Burt helped organize someone to meet us and take us there. Burt was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We would love to come back and stay at his place for longer. Also just a heads up that only one bedroom has AC, but the cool breeze on the hill took care of the other rooms for us.
