We really enjoyed our stay on Tracey’s houseboat. We wanted to see what it would be like and were surprised it didn’t seem to rock at all. The cove is pretty and everything was as she described. Tracey responded quickly and friendly. The area is quiet and very rural.
Can’t say enough! Tracey and others are wonderful! Makes you feel right at home in a very relaxing place. Don’t think luxury, it’s like camping on steroids!
Staying on a house boat was a great experience for us on our road trip! The dock was really cute. Most importantly all of the people staying and host were so kind and respectful. We had a fire pit in the common area and got to meet some great people. The kitchen common area was clean and easy to use as well. Tracy was very responsive when our water wasn’t turned on and fixed it immediately. It was a little tough to realize that we walk straight to our boat alone as check in but after that it was really a great time. A little stressful if you bring 3 small kids near water, but that’s expected! I really do look forward to staying here again!
This was the perfect spot for our little family to get a unique glamping experience. Tracey is a great host and we enjoy being near the water and taking advantage of the firepit and kayaks! I also recommend going down the road to Rising Sun, Indiana - a cute town with some sweet antique shops downtown.
Great place to stay! We have been several times and it is a new experience each time.

I’m a positive person and consider each day a blessing. I have one amazing son I love with all my heart and who I am so proud of! I work with my husband who I met in 1990 and married in 1995. He is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever known. He started his Home Improvement company in 1999 and I’m an Interior Designer. I went back to school for design in 2013. It was always a hobby and I wanted a change. Prior to that I worked with children in various setting for 20 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Mental Health and Human Services with an area of concentration in Early Childhood. We moved to the marina in 2019 and I started the Airbnb’s. I enjoy the beautiful scenery here and have loved boating and the water my whole life. Starting this business was a dream come true and I have enjoyed every minute! We drive lots more now than when we lived close to the Cincinnati but it has been worth it!
