We offer a shelter, extra showers, grill, griddle, rustic outdoor showers, fire pit area in wooded lot on the water, kayak rentals, etc. We have houseboats, campers and a tiny house for rent at this beautiful marina. We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries. This boat has a Vberth bed and two twin beds, it is an original Chris Craft with nautical decor. It has a full-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot and all the dishes you would need. No gas stove, microwave, crock pot. There are two leather sofas in the living room area and bar counter with 2 stools. We also offer extra showers in the shared Shelter along with Rustic outdoor showers, if you do not want to use the small showers on the boat. This boat is parked on its own dock slip so it is more private than the others. Sit on the back deck of the boat and enjoy the amazing views and sunrises. We are in a cove directly off the river so the water stays calm. We have a fire pit area, kayak rental, and a grill and griddle in the shelter house. We are a Mile from Belterra Casino Resort and several other casinos from Rising Sun to Lawrensburg. We are a bit out in the country so you do need to drive at least 8 miles for any stores or restaurant except for the Circle K up the street. If you choose to fish please remember that you need to have an Indiana fishing license. This is a great place to relax and a nice retreat for couples. It’s not really meant for children and you cannot swim around the docks due to electric hook up. When you take the kayaks out there is an area in the creek that you are able to swim in. No smoking, vaping or candles on boats or docks. Quiet at 11. We have had a wedding here before and lots of special celebrations from, engagements to birthdays. There really is something special about being on the water! Also, this boat was washed, waxed, and buffed at the end of August 2022, (cost $1100), and stained at the dock. We also offer charted pontoon rides on the Ohio River.
