Nous étions un groupe de 16 et le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Nous étions en contact avec Mattia qui fut très réactif à toutes nos questions. La maison et le cottage sont magnifiques et la piscine très agréable. Mattia a pu nous recommander des restaurants aux alentours ainsi qu’une dégustation de vin. Encore merci pour cette super semaine !

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Mattia, den Hausbesitzer. Wunderschön gepflegtes Grundstück und eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf Spoleto. Ebenso war die Stadt schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Leider ist die Kommunikation nicht so gut zwischen dem Besitzer und Norma, die es für ihn vermittelt, sodass wir sich mehrere Regeln befolgen mussten als erwartet. Trotz alle dem war Mattia sehr zuvorkommend und mit bisschen Rücksicht und Absprache hat alles super funktioniert und wir haben den Urlaub nach unseren Vorstellungen genossen!

Had a wonderful time in Spoleto with our group of 15 (ranging in age from 2 to 65)! The villa is conveniently located, close to Spoleto town, Montefalco and not far from Assisi, allowing us to make day trips throughout our stay while spending other days lounging by the pool. The villa is spacious and sleeps many, the grounds very well maintained with lavender bushes and fruit trees in abundance. The views from the home are stunning and we enjoyed many outdoor dinners throughout our trip drinking wine and watching the stars. Access to the yoga studio was lovely, and well used during our time. The home owner, Mattia was very helpful in assisting us secure restaurant reservations and a private chef during our stay and made things very easy. Can't wait to be back!

We had a great time in Spoleto. The villa is well located for all the things we wanted to do: visiting villages, rafting, canyoning (the one we did was fabulous). The views from the villa were fantastic in the evening. Andrea prepared us a romantic and delicious dinner on Thursday! We loved the entire concept.

I stayed in this gorgeous villa with a large group of friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our short trip in the best of ways, it was quite sad to leave. The view is breathtaking, in the depths of the Umbrian countryside, only some 10 minute ride from Spoleto. The house was spotless and had everything we could have asked for. The owners were very kind and understanding, they managed to communicate quite well with us. I would totally recommend this to friend groups and families alike for a peaceful vacation in the countryside.
