Leo's cozy cottage was the perfect place to watch the 2024 eclipse. We enjoyed using the firepit in the back, the BBQ, and sitting outside with the propane heater. The beach and a cute little ice cream parlor were within walking distance which was a nice touch. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Turkey Point.

We had a greater time and experience in Leo’s place. The place is amazing and very close to the beach. Leo was so easy to communicate with and kept in touch with us throughout incase we needed anything. Everything was provided in cottage, comfy beds/clean, equipped kitchen, so didn’t need anything. We will definitely be coming back.

Super cozy perfect cottage feel. All the amenities are there. The indoor wood stove and the outdoor fire pit was amazing to have as the nights got a bit chilly. The backyard is fully furnished and has plenty of space. The wifi works great for those who needed it. They even decorated for fall, completed with pumpkins that they told us we could carve if we wanted. All in all it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Leo's cottage was the perfect destination for our family's Thanksgiving weekend away from home! We were 20mins from the Norfolk Fair and all the stores we would need for last minute items. But also a 5 minute walk to the beach to enjoy sunset walks and the beautiful fall colours. Not to mention the cottage was cute and cozy, the perfect size and adorably decorated! The kids had a wonderful time playing in the yard and reading the stories Leo left out, and roasting marshmallows on the campfire.

A five star rating for both the accommodations and the host. The property was more than expected, large and very clean and also in a very quiet location which was what we were looking for. We got clear instructions from the host before getting to the property and the few questions we had were quickly answered by the host . We would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing stay.
