The home is beautiful, honestly better than photos. The only reason for not giving five stars is the noise level, which is out of the hosts control, but something I wish we would have been aware of. Being on the first floor you can hear every conversation and step from the guests above and around the building. The location is incredible. An easy walk to two great beaches. The pool was wonderful after the beach. The wagon, boogie boards and pool toys were convenient to have for beach days. The internet did not work when we were there, the host did offer to have it fixed, but it would have required us to wait for a technician and we had plans and excursions for each day planned. The host did give us a small discount for inconvenience. The front door lock was also broken upon check in (could not lock from outside) but was fixed within 24 hours. Really a beautiful spacious home with high ceilings, a great kitchen, and incredibly clean. If not for the noise level we would return.

This home is advertised and a lot more, it was no less than a luxury villa. Very spacious and open home that was perfectly setup for a wonderful hawaii vacation. The walkability of this area is unmatchable with the green belt extending all the way from Poipu beach to Hyatt. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us checkin a bit early with a sleepy infant.

My family had a wonderful vacation and it stay was fantastic. The kitchen is still stocked and we made several meals at home. The location is great with an easy walk to beaches. We would recommend to anyone for a great start in beautiful Kauai.

This place was amazing! It was in the perfect location with access to the best beaches. The facility had all the amenities and more. We really enjoyed and used the beach chairs, cart, and cooler. The facility was quiet and clean. The layout of the space -bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us, kids, and additional family that were with us. We had additional family stay in another facility close by with similar price point—-ours place hands down was better, cleaner, and more updated.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, pool is super close, the beaches are great and the grounds are immaculate. The place itself is even better than the pictures, very clean and had lots of “extras” that were helpful (beach toys, wagon, pack and play, high chair, etc.) We stayed with my parents and two young kids. One thing that surprised us was how quiet it was. Traveling with young kids, they were up early and those still sleeping didn’t hear them at all from the bedrooms. Hope to come again soon!
