16 of us stayed for a weekend in May. We had booked this weekend in Dec 2021 and had been looking forward to using the Hot Tub and BBQ. Once we had made our final payment we were then informed that neither of these were available for 2022 bookings which was disappointing. Having said that, the house itself is incredible and still good value for what we paid even without the hot tub. the photos don't really do it justice. It has a beautiful garden, great kitchen for cooking for big groups and great games room that kept us all entertained all weekend. The area couldn't be better, being just a 10 minute walk to the beach. One area to improve would be the beds, some of them aren't the most comfortable, but the rooms themselves are great.
