Overall we had an amazing time in NYC and could not beat the amazing location of this apt. Steps from the subway & Central Park. Downsides were that while the host reached out to ask when we'd be arriving, it was late and the plan to be let in the building failed. If it weren't for a random tenant, we'd have been outside in the rain with two kids all night/looking for a hotel. The other disappointment was the cramped space didn't allow for use of the air mattress we intended on using. As it was we had to move tables blocking closets/pathways just to use the sofa bed. Offering it was a nice thought, but utility wise I just don't see how you'd fit it anywhere other than in front of the door to the apartment/in the kitchen which would block the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great time and everything was provided that we needed, plenty of towels, even snacks, coffee and water on hand which was much appreciated! Would definitely recommend the place even with our hitches.

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden, da die Unterkunft genauso war wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten! Alle Zimmer waren wie beschrieben, keine Fake Bilder und eine ausgesprochen gute Nachbarschaft. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und die Zeit verging viel zu schnell! Der Umgang mit David war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Danke David für die tolle Zeit die wir bei Dir / in deinem Appartement wohnen konnten. Von unserer Seite aus gerne wieder😉

David es un super amfitrió. Ens va deixar guardar les maletes l últim dia ja que el nostre vol sortia tard al vespre. Vam tenir un problema amb l'aigua calenta i ho va resoldre ràpidament. Experiència de 10. Sens dubte repetiríem!

Such a beautiful place to stay in. Great location. I walked everywhere with no issues with distance from everything you might want to see.
