Hosted by Julie and Vince Day Hello , I am Julie - a retired community nurse who worked in the Ingleton , Kirkby Lonsdale and Sedbergh area for 12 years, I run the holiday business with hubby Vince. We take pride in making your holiday a positive experience and enjoy the return of our regular guests . Vince is a carpenter/ joiner and runs his own small artisan business from our home workshop. Bideber mill is former water operated corn grinding mill. Sunset View is a stone built conversion , a bungalow design with modern spec & easy access for the less mobile . We have a one acre garden, and 7.3 acres of open fields. We live at Bideber Mill next door and are always on hand to help or just offer friendly advice. We have lovingly restored and renovated Bideber Mill , and built Sunset View as a stand alone holiday cottage in the grounds of our home . We have spent many years developing and landscaping our gardens - and now enjoy managing them to a high standard . In our spare time we love walking and hiking , my passion is wildlife photography and nature /outdoor holidays . Our guests enjoy the romantic and cosy ambience of our surroundings coupled with the walks from the doorstep ; the sunsets and star gazing opportunities are spectacular . The garden is a wildlife haven and full of birds .We have a small flock of 4 very elderly pet sheep on site, an added interest for visitors who can enjoy them up close in the field adjoining the garden.
