This house it's a nice vacation house, it's a nice room, it's well equipped, and if you go to the beach and you walk about 10 minutes, you get to a private bay in a residential area, and if you drive about 15 minutes you get to the famous manly beach, Chris is very quick to respond the message, Chris also very good landlord ，the housing is very detailed, also very good to write you the travel and the surrounding attraction and some restaurant introduction, I had very good time。这是我暂时住过的房子里面很好的度假屋，房间很好，设备很齐全，如果去海边走路大概十分钟，你就会到达一片位于居民区的私人海湾，如果你开车大概十五分钟你就能到达出名的manly 海滩了，房东回复留言也很迅速，人也很棒，房屋介绍很详细，也很好的给你写了出行和周边景点餐厅的介绍，非常棒的房东。

We travelled from Canada to stay for a week in Sydney and absolutely loved our stay here! Chris was super helpful and flexible. He had the place ready for us bright and early after our long day of travel and was available if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals (even a cheese grater!). Also having laundry in suite was a huge bonus. We felt right at home and got to enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna from the private garden and patio. For the first half of the trip we relied on public transit and the bus stop is fairly close by. The way home from the bus did involve us running across the highway but overall everything was quite accessible! Thanks for a wonderful stay Chris, we’d love to come again!

We absolutely loved staying here and didn’t want to leave ! Perfect location, a short stroll to Clontarf beach with lovely cafes, parks and a cute little beach. Beautiful sunsets and a place to a have a BBQ. A short 5 min drive or bus ride to Manly. Chris was the perfect host, always suggesting recommendations and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The space feels private and quiet. Finally, the bed so comfortable, I’ve already taken a note of the brand of mattress to get myself one..! Thank you Chris 😊

Chris provided clear and accurate instructions with lots of tips for the local area. The bed was comfortable the whole apartment spacious, a kitchen with everything, but the great local restaurants stopped me from cooking. I really enjoyed Clontarf beach and harbour view coffee shops. The walk to Manly was spectacular. 20 minutes into the city centre by bus 10 minute bus ride to Manly wharf. Manly surf beach spectacular. Quiet and peaceful area. Very friendly locals. I want to come back and stay with Chris!
