Welcome to my home! A new two bedroom house located near the border of St. Catherine and Kingston, in a quiet and relaxing country style gated community. This location provides 12 minutes access to Kingston, 8 minutes to Portmore, 10 minutes to Spanish Town, and in about 3 minutes you’ll be able to access the highway leading to Ocho Rios. This means you could be climbing Dunn's River Falls in 45 minutes. The space is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Come and enjoy! My home is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment. The space is very clean and uncluttered which provides ease of movement for guests. You will love the neighbourhood due to its quiet and family friendly atmosphere, also the ability to interact with our warm and very welcoming residents. Security is not an issue as entrance and exit are manned 24/7 by our able security personnel. The house is also equipped with outdoor surveillance system, one less thing for our guests to worry about.

The house was very clean with great amenities and you feel right at home.The area is very quiet and I feel safe. Richie is a great host. I will recommend Richie's please to anyone who wants to feel at home away from home.

Full access is also available to the community Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Jogging Track, Soccer Field and Kiddies Park.
Feel free to troll around the community, meet the people and enjoy the scenery. Better yet, visit the Caymanas Golf Club for a round of Golf or dine at their restaurant, it's less than a mile outside the community.
If you're nature fan then the Caymanas Mineral River is just a mile and a half away.
Getting around is fairly easy, a 3 minute taxi ride takes you from the community entrance to the bus stop where you can get to any of the major towns (Portmore, Spanish Town, Kingston) in less hat 20 minutes.
Having your own ride would make getting around that much easier.
Charter Taxi service is also available ln the area.
