About this Home: This private one bedroom master suite is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from downtown Sebastopol. Enter in the back of the house through double french doors into a large bedroom with attached private bathroom. Close to wineries and bike trail, just 50 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. Extras: Ask for anything you might need in advance & I am happy to assist. We can work out use of the laundry or BBQ if requested. Picnic baskets or beach towels also available. You’ll enjoy an extra large room with double skylights. A private bathroom is connected with heated bathroom floor to warm up the floor tile. A large shower & double sinks complete the bathroom. In 2022, I have recently added a new "barn" style door between the bedroom & bath for added privacy. There is a mini refrigerator and toaster oven for your use. I provide coffee & tea fixings as well as oatmeal, fresh fruit & yogurt in the room for a light breakfast. Outside of the french doors has a section of the patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee. *This master bedroom suite shares one wall with the main house. Does not include kitchenette. Similar to a hotel room - the room is not set-up nor allows cooking within the room. *I have Arlo security cameras outside to monitor the property surrounding my home. Very private room in a beautiful home. Complete with little refrigerator, toaster oven and electric tea pot. Host is very friendly and responsive. Wonderful stay! Would recommend!
Clean, roomy, comfortable place. Close walking distance to all that this hip little town has to offer, including the Barlow. Great visit.
We had a little hiccup with check-in but Neysa was very accommodating and friendly. She left a basket of goodies the first morning which was really great! You can hear people in the main house through the connecting door, but that's to be expected. She had a spot in the driveway for us and we walked to town everyday during our stay, great location!
Wonderful private suite opening onto a lovely garden. The bed was a delightful, soft cloud to sink into at the end of the day. Spacious bathroom and shower filled with an abundance of storage and natural light. Neysa has thought of everything that her guests might need during their stay and placed it at their fingertips. She is a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming person and responsive hostess . I look forward to staying in her beautiful space again on my next visit to Sebastopol.
This venue is one of the very best Airbnb rentals that we have experienced. The venue was well anointed with cereal, eggs, granola, chips, and chocolates. The venue was private, quiet, and in a nice residential area. We hope to return to this fabulous rental.

The home is not only located in a quiet neighborhood, it is just minutes to downtown. Feel free to walk the short 15 minutes if you want to leave your car at the house. Then walk or catch a “Lyft ride” back after your evening out.
There is a parking space in the driveway for your vehicle and ample street parking on the curb for additional vehicles as needed.
City ordinance requires quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
Most visitors use their vehicles to get around in Sonoma County.
Sebastopol welcomes cycling & our home sits right on a route. Rent a bike or bring your own and cycle to the Joe Rodota Trail. Feeling more adventurous, the West County Trail which runs between Sebastopol & Forestville is for you!

Hello! I am a long time Sebastopol resident. I have lived in other western states, but returned to Sebastopol for it’s sense of community and wonderful location more than 30 years ago. I have traveled to many locations and enjoy staying at AirBnb’s myself. My more recent vacations include Cuba, Italy, Nashville, Portugal, Costa Rica, Palm Springs, Friday Harbor, WA., Kauai, HI and Sayulita, Australia, Mexico and Aruba over the past few years. I love to travel and like experiencing the local culture in each new area I visit. I decided to offer a room in my home because I have two children in their 20’s who no longer live at home and I have empty nest syndrome. It’s nice to visit with my guests who come to enjoy our area. My career for the past nine years is as Executive Director of a locally owned Assisted Living for the Elderly in Marin County. My AirBnb room gives me a chance meet a lot of great people, share my knowledge of the area as well as share my home. Welcome and I look forward to meeting you on your travels.
