Actually I really like this house, and the owner is really very nice. 1. It’s run by a family. I can see the pictures of the family, which makes me feel safe and trustworthy. Of course this house is more than 100 years, but the layout is very new and modern, living very comfortable. My room also has a private bathroom, which is especially good for girls. 2. The location is very good, very quiet, but a few minutes out to the Blood street, which is full of restaurants and boutiques, there are many churches, special buildings on both sides, the museum is also on this street, so it is worth visiting. The location is also a very close distance to attractions such as the University of Toronto, a lot. 3. The host gave me a lot of help, such as arranging a car to the airport and telling me how to take the subway. They always reply to me in time if I need anything. This is very helpful to me when I go to Toronto for the first time. Thank you very much. Anyway, I think it’s worthy to live here. Next time if I go to Toronto I will choice again. 我真的很喜欢这栋房子，而且房主真的很好。 1.它是由一个家庭经营的。我可以看到家人的照片，这让我感到安全和值得信任。当然这座房子有100多年的历史了，但布局非常新颖和现代，居住非常舒适。我的房间还有一个私人浴室，特别适合女孩子。 2.位置非常好，非常安静，但几分钟就到主要街道上，这条街挺有名的，有很多的餐馆和精品店，两边有很多教堂，特殊的建筑，博物馆也在这条街上，所以它值得一看。房子的位置到各个景点都很方便，如多伦多大学，很多。 3.主人给了我很多帮助，比如安排一辆车去机场，告诉我怎么坐地铁。如果我需要什么，他们总是及时回复我。这对我第一次去多伦多很有帮助。非常感谢。不管怎样，我觉得住在这里是值得的。下次如果我去多伦多，我会再次选择。

The room is situated in a good location. You can get to the metro station in a 8 minute walk, and there are many nice restaurants on the area, even a supermarket, which is a big plus! Sherry was a very proactive host and communication with her always went smoothly, as she responded quickly to inquiries. Furthermore, she made sure to ask us if our check in went well. However, the kitchen is unfortunately messier than in the photos. When we arrived, there were stains on the countertop, as well as the kitchen table. The floor was dirty too. I understand that we had to share the kitchen with other tenants, but the host could indeed encourage proper cleaning. Furthermore, some basics such as can openers were missing. In conclusion, we were satisfied with everything apart from the kitchen.

한달동안 너무 행복한 생활을 할 수 있었습니다. 첫 날 Bing과 David가 너무나도 친절하게 맞이해었고 숙소를 사용하는 방법에 대해서도 꼼꼼히 안내해주었습니다. 숙소는 사진보다 더욱 좋았다고 생각합니다. 생활에 필요한 모든 물품들은 숙소에 구비가 되어 있었으며 필요한 물건이 생기면 Bing과 David가 적극적으로 소통하며 물품을 채워주었습니다. 너무나도 감사하고 좋은 호스트입니다. 가까운 거리에 식당, 카페, 마트 등이 많이 분포해 있어 생활을 하는데에 어려움이 없었습니다. Toronto General Hospital까지 도보로 25분 정도 소요되는데 매일 걸어도 힘들지 않고 숙소 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 도보로 10분거리에 Spandina 역이 있어 지하철을 이용하기에도 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 숙소에서 지내는동안 정말 너무 편안하고 행복한 시간을 보냈다고 생각하며 기회가 있어 캐나다에 여행을 간다면 Bing의 숙소에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶다는 생각을 하게 됩니다. 그만큼 좋은 호스트와 시설, 위치라고 생각합니다!!! 그동안 너무나도 잘 챙겨주어 고마웠습니다🙂☺️ 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 찾아뵐게요!!

My stay was comfortable, but the price is high for the beds that they offer you. I still paid for a room with a terrace and I could never have access to it.

La ubicación es genial y la estancia muy silenciosa y pacífica todos los días hubo ardillas y animales libres a la vista y Bing es excelente anfitriona siempre pendiente de resolver dudas y ayudar en todo lo posible. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
