The inside of the place was beautiful…..the breeze that blew from that side door was heavenly😇. We felt right at home and it was within good distance of everything only thing we was missing was a pool. We really enjoyed our stay

This place is a gem. Very large house with a beautiful kitchen. I had my 4 year old with me and I was able to cook anything for her. The kitchen has all the supplies needed and more. Every room had an A/C and fans if needed. Terrace with nice views and massive backyard. Big plus was the washing machine as well. I enjoyed the extra closet space as well. The living room has a TV and we were able to watch several things. We also went through the board game collection; which my little one truly enjoyed. Bathrooms have everything. I found a blow dryer as well. The location is perfection. I always rent a car when on the island. 1 minute away from the house is a grocery store. 4 minutes away is Jolly Hall and Hooper Bay’s beach. I recommend you read the host’s guide as it includes restaurants and other great recommendations.

Positivos (1) Localização. (a) super perto do mercado Smitty, o que é um diferencial para a ilha; (b) perto de George Town, cerca de 10min; (c) e perto de lindas praias ao norte como Cocoplum. Não tivemos dificuldade de encontrar o caminho, uma vez colocadas as coordenadas no Maps. (2) Bem equipada. Talvez a casa do Ross seja mais equipada que minha casa. (3) Comunicação. Não tivemos qualquer problema em falar com o Ross ao longo da nossa estadia, nem com sua equipe de apoio (Travis e Rebecca). (4) a casa é linda e aconchegante. Negativos: (1) A Internet é muito ruim. O Wi-Fi de outros estabelecimentos (BTC e Exumas Water Sports) e o chip que compramos em Georgetown funcionam muito melhor; (2) máquina de lavar roupa não está funcionando (3) a caixa de água quente é restrita a cerca de 80L (banho, louça etc). Logo, se você está tomando banho e a caixa esvazia, é necessário aguardar encher novamente (enquanto isso, o banho não esquenta, o que aconteceu com frequência conosco)

Ross is a great host and has a nice spot, Blooming Gardens! Was just what we needed for our stay in Exuma. Definitely recommend!
