My stay in Barbados was perfect because I was lucky enough to choose Russell's place to stay. The environment is very clean and everything works, because the owner keeps everything well maintained and organized. I understand little English, but I still had no difficulty communicating with Russell because he is always available to help, with tips on the best places to visit, and I was even invited by him to go to the beach in the late afternoon. Russell is a fantastic and kind-hearted person, always smiling and helpful. I chose to stay with him, looking at the excellent reviews on AirBNB, and it really was one of the best stays I've ever stayed at. Congratulations Russell and thank you for everything.

Russell is an amazing host, communication was spot on, we got picked up from the airport. Which was around 30 mins from his place. If we had any questions or needed anything, he was always looking to help. He has a lovely place, with a home gym if you need a work out. The beach is about 20 mins walk from Russel’s place. He has a bus stop 1 mins walk from his as well. Which can take you to many places around the island.

Excellent stay all round. The check in was seamless, location was central and easy to get North and South, the house was always clean, and Russell was always responsive and helpful.

I got exactly what I wanted as a solo traveler. If you are not looking for a local experience and have a problem with culture this would not be the stay. I had no problems. The stay at Russell’s place was one of the best I experienced! I always felt respected and safe as a solo female traveller. Russell has been a super host, going above and beyond to make my stay the best. I arrived late as my luggage was left behind in London, Russell offer me some of his t-shirts as I had nothing, and this was only the begging of my stay. He showed me around and gave me great suggestions. I felt welcomed since moment one, and we get along really well to the point that I can say that Now I have a friend in Barbados 😊
