Relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Loved being able to have a coffee in bed looking out onto the lake. Boathouse was cosy and clean and had everythimg you need for a couple of days away. Unfortunately we didn't use the kayaks as weather wasn't in our favour but it's a very nice walk around the lake with a cafe en route. The free bottle of prosecco to drink in the hot tub was a lovely touch. Thank You.

Such a cosy and beautiful apartment in a gorgeous location. We loved being right on the water and the hot tub was great. There were a number of good walks round the house and many more just a short drive away. The local town was a ten minute drive with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. Tony was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The boathouse was absolutely lovely. So many original details maintained and beautiful views to wake up to everyday! Peaceful lake to kayak everyday with a beautiful surrounding trail to run or walk. A hot tub to relax in after long walks, a nearby, pub and best of all a short drive to the Peak District. Great location! Highly recommend!
