I stayed here to work remote for a week for my first visit to Sevilla/Andalucia. Pros: wifi was great, faces the patio (instead of the street) which is pretty and peaceful. Well situated to get to know the Triana neighborhood. Host is quick to respond. Good hot water. Great flamenco on Calle Betis/in the area. I spent a lot of time along the water/bridge for evening walks. Pretty area with ceramics everywhere! Cons: cleaning seemed rushed, towels were folded so one wouldn't see the stains at first glance. The space is actually quite dark. Lighting design not optimal. Ceiling is beautiful but dark. Noise, from the bedroom, I could hear chatter and running water from neighbors. Location-wise, I found myself running across the bridge several times a day to get to the center. But you can take the Voi scooters to Plaza de Espana, and up and down the bridge. Uber/Bolt is affordable and easy. Ultimately it's a holiday rental, rather than a lovingly curated home. Protips: for a SIM card (make sure your phone is unlocked) and a bus card, go to the friendly kiosk guy a block or two to the west on c. San Jacinto. Get groceries at Mercadona on C. Salado.

The apartment was perfect, very clean and in great condition. Juan was very responsive to all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend it.
