Welcome to Gruene Vista on the Guadalupe! Pure bliss exists, and can be found at Gruene Vista on the Guadalupe! Gruene Vista is a beautiful 3,400 square-foot home on the Guadalupe River that features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, is newly updated, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults. The living room is decked out in Texas decor and offers 2 comfy couches, a large HDTV, and stunning views from the large windows. The kitchen includes all cooking and dining essentials as well as features a large dining table and bar seating providing plenty of dining space for your guests. Head through the kitchen and you'll find a pool table room for some post-dinner billiards. Downstairs is where you'll find a beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bath with a large tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed with access to the patio and gas grill as well as a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed. If you need more room, this home has it! Upstairs you'll find a bedroom complete with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and HDTV. You'll also find a third full bathroom as well as a study/office area with an additional sleeper sofa. There's also a laundry room with a full washer and dryer available for use. The backyard of this stunning home offers a covered patio and barbecue area, as well as an open deck on the back of the property that offers views of the Guadalupe River and surrounding valleys from high above. Then there's the location Gruene Vista is perfectly located just one mile from Gruene Hall and the Historic Gruene District, and only three miles from Schlitterbahn, the Comal River tube chute, and downtown New Braunfels. For the kids, check out beautiful Landa Park, where guests of all ages will appreciate the spring-fed waters, and the Founders Oak Tree, the mightiest oak tree in Texas! *Please note: there is no access to the Guadalupe River from the home. **You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 4 vehicles. Excellent Airbnb! Would definitely stay here again.
The house was specious for our family of 11. The kids were able to run around and have fun out doors and indoors. The location was great, grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and the River are all within 5, 10 minute drive. As specious and beautiful location the house is on, I was not able to give it a 5 star review. I understand the house is out in the country however, the floors were dirty, the additions bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen cabinets had food splatter everywhere. The internet was down most of the time which was hard to keep the kids entertained with nothing else to do when it’s dark outside. Additional towels would be nice. I always bring my own for this reason. Overall we had a place to stay and we enjoyed it.

Absolutely beautiful and perfect for our large group with huge kitchen, multiple shared and private baths, private suite upstairs for Mom, and TONS of additional sleeping options including sofa beds, roll away beds, and beanbag bed. All before you get to the view from the deck!! Hosts were AMAZING!!! Among other things the river gods claimed, we lost a key fob. They were understanding when we needed more time as we searched, and then when we eventually left and had to leave the car and retrieve the xtra key fob from Houston. Sweet surprise around 6pm when the deer feed at the neighbor’s house!!!
Great location and overall beautiful property. Right around the corner from Gruene and all there is to do there as well as Rockin R to hit the Guadalupe. Beds are firm and only other thought would be to have the stairs down to the River repaired so direct access could be utilized. Other than that this is an amazing venue where we’ve stayed two years now. Our family and friend group is growing so we’ll be moving our event location for next year but loved this space!
