Fantastic spot, very clean, spacious and full of every amenity that you could ever need (all with backups!). Whether you're beaching, cooking in, grilling, relaxing at house, need clothes washed or needing any kind of extra linens/pillows, this place has it all! Also, tons of items for babies/toddlers (pack n play, high chairs, life jackets, etc.). Very private & secluded with lush grounds, yet steps to everything. 1 minute walk to the Romora resort items, 6 minutes to a very private part of the pink sand beach! Get a golf cart to explore the rest of the long island and it's just minutes away. Highly responsive host and managers. Can't wait to get back!

The owners didn't respond to initial questions upon booking. The toilet clogged 2x. A plumber had to be called, so the bathroom couldn't be used 2.5 of the 7 days we were there. Even though I asked the owners if it was ok that my daughter & friends were staying there upon booking, she did not ask how many girls were there until mid stay, when we had issues with the toilet. A day after departure she complained that every bit of bedding had been used in the house, that two beach towels were missing, and that she was going to charge us extra for that along with the plumbing bill. ($350) and extra guest fee. I felt it was not fair, because I initially told her about my daughter and friends staying there and asked if that was ok. I have rented on the island for 18 years and have never run into these issues with any other house rental before. My cousins own houses on the island and they do not charge for things that go wrong wit their houses or bedding/towels, guests.

Perfect cottage for my stay and walkable to Ramora Bay Resort which has 2 great spots for eating and live music.
