Tout d’abord, merci à Leonardo, Sergio et sa femme pour leur réactivité et service lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’eux. La maison est incroyable extérieurement et intérieurement. Tout aurait pu être idéal pour notre séjour mais un immeuble est en construction sur le terrain d’à coté et depuis apparemment deux ans. nous avons subi marteau piqueur et scie circulaire tous les jours de la semaine des 7 h du matin. Il était impossible de profiter de la terrasse et la piscine la journée avec un tel bruit. Nous étions à l’opposé de ce que nous attendions, c’est à dire un peu de calme et tranquillité. Nous avons envoyé des vidéos à Leonardo pour en attester. D’après Leonardo, personne ne s’est plaint avant nous et nous voulons bien le croire mais notre séjour a particulièrement été impacté par ces travaux au point de réserver une nuit à l’extérieur en fin de séjour pour se reposer. Il serait bon de mentionner dans l’annonce que ces travaux sont en cours.

The house was beautiful and just as advertised. Great location and perfect pool set up. Felt extremely safe and plenty of room for our family. The Ac ran cold and a nice big smart tv in family room made it great for lounging inside to escape the heat. The host sergio was excellent with helping us with advice and places to go.

This was our first time to Playa del Carmen, and Giorgio and Sergio were so helpful and communicative. No issues checking in and any problems that arose were quickly taken care of (even when we got locked out of one of the bedrooms and Sergio had to come remove the door handle on his day off). The house itself was nice and just like its description. Plenty of space for our families. We traveled with a two-year-old and I will say the house was not great for her age. We quickly realized the rooftop was dangerous for her, and the stairs were a slippery tile so we worried about her going up and down on her own. But the everyone loved the pool, the outdoor space, and the giant TV! The house is a 10 minute walk from a beach and Fifth Avenue, but it was tough to make it there with the kids bc they didn’t want to walk in the heat. The house is also sandwiched between an active construction site and a house that appears to be abandoned. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would say the house is best for adults and older kids.

This is one of the best houses we stayed in Mexico. The house was so clean. And organized . Ac in every room the pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The host was very communicative and always responded when we needed anything. Also the house is extremely close to the town and we were able to grab anything we need

We had a great time in Giorgio’s place. Ideal for two young families with a swimming pool with all the right attributes for them. The location is great and the service and support received by Sergio was second to none. I highly recommend the house if you go to Playa del Carmen, just few minutes away of the beach and Quinta Avenida.
