This comfortable, 1000 square-foot garden level apartment is your personal lakeside paradise. Our spacious and updated apartment comfortably accommodates two guests and includes Dish TV, in-house laundry and off-street parking. **We do not allow smoking of any kind including Marijuana use inside or anywhere outside on the property.** Experience your lakeside retreat in our quaint and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Our farmhouse-style kitchen and large open dining area make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals or just a quick breakfast before heading off to explore the city. An abundance of natural light adds to the welcoming and serene feeling you'll experience while staying in our unit. In such a quiet location with a beautiful lake for your backyard, you may find yourself cozying up and taking in the view more often than not! If you do want to get out, you’ll be about seven miles from the city center with easy access to the Westminster Light Rail B-Line. The Light Rail provides easy access to downtown Denver without having to drive your car. You are also just minutes away from Denver's main thoroughfares, I70 and I25. Even closer to home, you’ll be a short drive from the locally sourced restaurants, craft cocktails, and boutique shopping of Olde Town Arvada. Enjoy the variety of parks, hikes and bike trails all within a quick drive away. Whether you prefer outdoor adventures, urban explorations, or simply relaxing by the water, our property's unique location will give you a bit of everything.

From the moment I stepped foot in this home, I knew I came to the right place. The views alone would have been enough to make this an incredible stay. But the hosts made it the best stay imaginable. Doug and Zuhal are incredibly kind, communicative, and thoughtful hosts. They are exceptional people all around and I feel happy to have met them. I am already dreaming up when my next visit to this spectacular home can be. If you are in between this home and another one, this is the one. Trust me.
Doug and his wife were super responsive and very kind. They greeted us when we got there, late, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and extremely taken care of. They added little details such as recommending walking paths, and restaurants which was a nice touch. The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful and peaceful. The house is a drivable distance from anything you might need. It snowed while we were there and they made sure our pathway to the car was cleared and set out a snow/ice scraper for our car for the morning. Check-out was extremely easy as all we needed to do was make sure our dishes were clean and take our trash out. When I asked about extending our stay due to weather, they got back to me within 5 minutes so we could make other arrangements if needed. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. We will be back!
It was an amazing experience to stay at Doug and Zuhal’s place. They have kept a hidden treasure beside the Hidden Lake. Its a beautiful location beside a lake. Perfect for a holiday. The place was stocked with all the necessary essentials and more. From the day one they made sure I felt at home. They treated me more like a family member. And I’m sure I have made friends for life. Thanks Doug and Zuhal.
Doug and Zuhal were amazing hosts, and made our stay extra special. The unit was bright, cheery and beautifully decorated. The view of the lake added to our enjoyment. We look forward to returning to their warm hospitality!
As soon as I walked in I felt right at home. Two sofas in the living room made it easy to lounge around with my husband and watch our favorite shows. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could want. The bedroom was comfy with an added designated spot to put your luggage so it was out of the way. You are about an 11 minute drive to Olde Town Arvada and the restaurants there. You are about 20 minutes from Denver. The hosts were very nice and made us feel welcome. The view is gorgeous and it was fun seeing the ducks and birds. I highly recommend!
