This is a beautiful, peaceful, and wonderful property. It is close to everything but yet far enough to be away from things. The place was clean, warm, and inviting. We had a wonderful time.

As soon as we walked in we could tell Sheila loves to make her guests feel at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and had lots of homey touches. There was even a nice big basket of snacks which was a huge hit with our 10-year-old grandson! The house was an easy 10 minutes from The Ark Encounter which was our reason for the visit to the area. We were not disappointed!! The kitchen had just about everything you could possibly need for cooking and the laundry room had extra towels and toilet paper should you need them. Bad weather kept us from enjoying the front and back porches, but the peaceful country view from the windows was charming. I would highly recommend Sheila's house to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable home-away-from-home in the area!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet area and we were able to get to the Ark Encounter within 15 minutes or less. We also enjoyed looking out over open fields and seeing a horse and a beautiful turkey in the pasture across the road.

Conrad Acres was verrry nice. We love out in the country and it was! Beautiful setting. The house was homey and comfortable. Sheila even went the extra mile and decorated for Christmas! It was just what we needed. I would recommend her and her place without reservation.
