Centrally-located between Cincinnati & Lexington, it's the ideal spot to plan a day trip in either direction. All NEW interior, 1 level, 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms w/king sized beds, pull out sofa for 5th guest. Linens provided! NO washer&dryer Equipped eat-in kitchen, living room w/smart TV & patio w/ a fire pit. FREE wi-fi, cable & enough coffee with all the fixings for one pot a day. All one level, fully equipped house. All NEW interior furnished with all new bedroom furniture, rugs, mattresses, linens, bath & kitchen accessories, window treatments & flooring. INDOOR LIVING: Free cable and WiFi, one 50" Smart TV in living room, 12" Signature Design by Ashley Chime Memory Foam mattresses in bedrooms. PULL OUT sofa for 5th guest. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dine-in, drip coffee maker, coffee press, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dish-ware & flatware GENERAL: Central A/C & heating, 2 towels/washcloths per person (unless staying longer than 4 days and upon request), bed linens provided, starter toilet paper (2 rolls in bathroom) and paper towels provided. Body Wash, Hand Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner provided as well. FAQ: 3 steps into the front door and steps to back patio. Garage is locked for storage. No laundry on site, All laundry is done off site. PARKING: There are 3 off street spaces in front of the house in the driveway. LOCKED AREAS: The garage and basement serve as storage/supply places for the rental and are locked. ***No washer & dryer on site. All laundry is done OFF site.

Can’t say enough good things about Jim and Robin’s lovely home. It was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit and the interior was so tastefully decorated. Everything we needed in the kitchen was easy to find because the cabinets were labeled. Each of the three nights we stayed we were so Exhausted that we appreciated the luxurious bedding. We have a lot of friends that come to williamstown to visit the ARK and we definitely will recommend Jim and Robin’s place.
What a tasteful, beautifully decorated home. Everything we needed to have a great experience. There were tornado warnings while we were there. There were emergency flashlights and candles available. The basement is typically not part of the rental facility, but Robin text us the door code and told us to use the basement if needed. She also kept us updated with the storm. A really conscientious host, and it was greatly appreciated. The Ark is literally 5 minutes away, and about 10 minutes to Dry Ridge for restaurants and Walmart.
If you are wanting a perfect place to stay for the Ark experience. This is it! Looks brand new, very clean, and only a couple of miles from the ark. The owners are super nice, and communicate to make sure you have a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!!

This house is located on a city side street in an older developed neighborhood. No views to make note of and most of the neighborhood are full time residents. General noise from people walking by, children playing etc. is possible.
Transportation like Uber or Lyft are NOT common in our area. A vehicle will be needed during your stay.
