we loved that this home was one level for our multi-generational family. the kids' room is absolutely great, it's huge, it's got so many games and toys/things to do. our kids stayed in it and played the entire time we were at the house. it's close to the ark, to Dry Ridge where there's places to eat/shop, and not a far drive from the zoo and the creation museum. Katie accomodated our late checkout request which was a lifesaver packing in the pouring rain. if you've got kids, this is where you want to book!

This particular property is just down the road from the Ark Encounter. Not a bad little home. There were 8 of us 4 adults and 4 children and the place had plenty of space. There are games and toys for children of all ages. This home sits right on a main road with available parking in the back. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay for the money. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. Katie was prompt to bring us paper towels and toilet paper. The bed linens were clean as well as the towels upon arrival. We would stay here again.
