Lots of room, very clean, just as described. Hot tub was wonderful! Very private for being in a subdivision. Kathy responded to any inquiries very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Located on a quiet residential street. Everything is located on one level with a few steps to enter and a step down into the living room. The hot tub has a privacy fence and the back patio has a retractable awning.
You will need a car to get to most places, but the neighborhood is set up so you can take a leisurely stroll. You are able to park in the driveway in front of the house as well as the overflow lot to the right of the house. The Ark Encounter is conveniently located 2.6 miles driving distance.
