There are three bedrooms and four beds. The kid's bedroom is a bunk bed with a twin over full, with a selection of children's books. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. A foldable pack-and-play is provided in the master bedroom. All bedrooms are on the main level. The main full bathroom is on the main level as well. The laundry (washer and dryer) are in the basement down a flight of stairs. There is a second full bathroom in the basement as well. The living room room has a large smart TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, recliner, couch, and accent chair. There is an assortment of board games and puzzles in the closet. The kitchen is equipped with a full stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (drip and French press), cooking pans, baking sheets, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Coffee and tea will be provided, along with popcorn. There is a washer and dryer onsite. Laundry is in the basement down a flight of stairs. An iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided as well.
