Peter was a great host and it made for a fun two-family visit to the Ark. I assume most of the visitors who are staying at the property is visiting the Ark as there is not much else to do in town. We had 4 adults and 5 kids stay comfortably at the house. The kids loved the PacMan arcade game and air hockey table. The basement is very spacious and there is enough space for adults and kids to stretch out. Peter was responsive and communicated well. The check in/out instructions were very clear and minimal! Thank you for a comfortable stay and for opening your home to us!

The house exceeded our expectations in how roomy it was. The basement just kept going and going. Everything was finished really well. We’d gladly stay here again and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Peter is an excellent host. Before and during our stay. The house is a great location to the Ark Encounter and we were able to come and go as needed during the day. We came back to the house for afternoon naps and it was just a perfect location to make that very easy to do! The house was so fun for kids and adults and the perfect space to hang out. Our kiddos didn’t want to leave!
