Property was just as pictured, very quiet location with large parking area - enough for a snowmobile trailer. Joanna was very clear with check in instructions and communicated quickly with answers to questions. I would stay at this location again.

We have stayed a couple of times and its been great.
We wanted to stay at Joanna’s place because of the proximity to Steamboat and the unbeatable rates so we weren’t expecting much for the accommodation. However, the place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for a home base on a weekend ski trip. Joanna was very responsive and friendly throughout the trip.

Born and raised in the Kremmling area, I love where I live. I'm an avid traveler and have seen beautiful places and met wonderful people (New Zealand is a favorite), yet it has always been a wonderful thing to come home and know I am where I belong. My husband and two boys are the center of my universe and it is a fun and busy place to be! We enjoy riding our mules and being outside with our animals. I enjoy reading fiction and self-improvement books when I can carve out the time to sit down. I am a general contractor and am hooked on everything DIY! I love hosting and sharing all our area has to offer with our visitors! We can sit down and visit and become good friends, or we can give you the space and peace you have been looking for. My motto... In a world where we can be anything, be kind.
