I would like to personally thank Tita Cecile for accomodating us. We stayed for 9 days and it really felt like staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Pros: - listing is the same as what is shown in the pictures. - very accomodating owners and condo staff. - tv with netflix and youtube. -hot and cold shower. - comfy bed - very accessible to all major attractions (if you plan to stay here during dinagyang festival, this is the right place for you. away from loud noises but location makes it easy for you to go to all major attractions and dinagyang highlights/events) - there’s a 711, coffee shop, inasal restaurant, laundry shop, water refilling station at the ground floor. walking distance to atria where you can buy pasalubong and dine at some famous restaurants like madge cafe, netongs lapaz batchoy, kap ising molo. walking distance to jollibee, mcdo and smallville and megaworld. Cons: - larger tv would be nicer - cant cook but there’s rice cooker & microwave to reheat take out foods

Its been awhile since the last time I used Airbnb. First time to try this here in Iloilo and im so lucky to got a chance to stay at Tita Cecille’s unit. My son and I loved it so much- very clean, organized and accessible to malls, restos, coffee shop and 711 :) I’d like to thank Tita Cecille for being so nice, kind and accommodating. She is also very considerate with my requests. Communication was smooth too. :)

I had a great stay at Alfonso’s place, it was everything as described and I would definitely recommend staying here.The Avida towers where the Condo is situated is clean and the reception staff are always keen to greet you. It’s close to the big SM Mall and the boulevard walk where there are some good restaurants and cafes to eat and have a night out.

My stay at Alfonso's Condo was very much enjoyable with all the amenities close at hand, coffee shops, 7/11 store just a 10 minute walk to the huge Mall and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and well equipped as described, and the added bonus of Netflix and the wifi was excellent. All communication with Alfonso and his Mother Cecille was very clear and precise they are great Hosts I would highly recommend the Condo for any future traveller. Thanks again very a very enjoyable stay.
