I rented this place for my mom and her friend to stay at while she visited me for the week. This is located in a quiet area in lance aux epines but 10-15 minutes walking to public beaches, restaurants, and bars. There was a tv, wifi, and air conditioning in the room plus tons of space to relax inside and outside. They even received breakfast every day (eggs, bread, orange juice, etc) which was great! Anthon and his wife were very welcoming and helpful at all times. I highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Grenada.

Bright and quirky place with a colourful pueblo feel to the buildings. Very handy for a small quiet sandy beach within a couple of minutes walk. Two pools available - one on the roof with spectacular views over the bay, the other more sheltered with jungly plants and palms . The room was comfortable and clean. Restaurants within a 20 minute walk but would need use of a car for food shopping. Beautiful quiet residential area of Grenada, much enjoyed by us and would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Reef View (Coconut Room). Sharon and Anthon are lovely hosts. The facilities are beautiful, unique, quiet, and comfortable. It's not a 5 star resort, but it's very nice and very clean. We slept well in our quiet room, and enjoyed cooking a couple of times in the common kitchen. The grounds and pool area are great! The bathroom was small. The shower didn't get very hot, and the toilet wasn't the best, but ultimately it all functioned. If you're not in good shape, it's not a very walkable area. There are several large, steep hills between you and any restaurants, although there is a beautiful beach just a few easy steps away. Renting a vehicle is definitely the best way to get the most from your stay here, because Grenada has a lot to see, but very little of it is conveniently located. Driving here is not for the timid, but if you are patient, observant, and courteous to other drivers, and stay to the left side, it's not too bad. We'll be back!!

Sharon was friendly and helpful and responded to all our requests. The “Moroccan” style architecture is simple and quirky and the pool area was lovely. We had good private space and the communal kitchen and dining areas were roomy and friendly.

Absolutely beautiful location! Beautiful villa, amazing outdoors sitting area and beautifully outdoors, well maintained with lots of trees plants and flower, and beautiful pool. The villa was very nicely designed, it may just need a bit of uplift, especially the bathroom, but overall very comfortable, very clean, great location felt very safe walking in the area and a short walk to the beach. The host was amazing, the staff very friendly and responsive to any needs we had. We had great and reliable recommendations for transportation and local services. Highly recommend!
