A superior Airbnb experience, including a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail that I very much appreciated. I was in town for a funeral, and Kathie kindly let me check in early so I could prepare to attend, and that's just one example of her thoughtfulness throughout my stay. The space is warm and cozy as described, nicely furnished, and with surprises to delight the weary traveler--one of them being chocolate! I also enjoyed the city of Hartville--would definitely stay again.

Kathie was a kind and gracious host. She was always responsive to my messages. She greeted us at the door when we got there and welcome us in with open arms. The rooms were as described and it was the perfect place for myself and my two friends to crash for a night along our travels. Between talking to us when we got there and the informational sheets in our rooms we knew exactly what was available. She had snacks and drinks in each of the rooms. She even had extra single use things in the bathroom to use as an “in case you forgot” option for personal care. We are so thankful to Kathie for opening her home to us!
