This is one of the most amazing experiences we have had as a family and we have traveled all over the world. Captain Ralph was a wonderful host.
Mabuhay!!! Captain Ralph made this an unforgettable experience for us. Our kids loved seeing dolphins, visiting Catalina (Avalon and two harbors), cliff jumping, fishing and swimming. Just read the reviews and see the photos and you know what to expect. It was a great ‘camping’ trip on the water.
Ralph is a warm and attentive host. Everything was exactly as described. We had a lovely time paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking right off the boat. It was our groups first time to Catalina and by boat is the best way. Glamping off the coast pretty much sums it up.
Captain Ralph is the ultimate host who made our trip an incredibly memorable experience. From caves to snorkeling spots, his knowledge of the island is extensive. And his boat is a dolphin magnet! We’d never seen so many dolphins in our lives 🤩 Captain Ralph goes out of his way to make sure his guests have the adventure they dream of. His kindness and hospitality is unparalleled! 🙏
Book this trip! This was the best vacation we've ever had as a family. 3 kids ranging between a 6 year old and 15 year old and everyone was smiling every day and haven't stopped talking about it. Captain Ralph is the best host and has everything on board you would need between fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, cooking, movie nights by the fire pit.. Think camping but on a private boat. Ralph became part of our family and can be involved as much or as little as you'd like. He really takes the time to make sure everyone is having a good time and doing everything you want to do.

As a certified US Coast Guard Boat Captain and over 20 years of boating experience, Safety is my top priority. I feel blessed to enjoy the breath-taking ocean on a yacht and would love to share this experience with others. I am a Boeing Aerospace Engineer, Fixed Wing/Rotorcraft Pilot, and Surf Instructor. Although I have many Credentials and Accomplishments, my strongest attribute is connecting with people and my sense of humor. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed but I never quit trying. For example, my 4 year Engineering Degree from Cal Poly was the BEST 10 years of my life! My Masters in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle taught me that a Masters in Kung-Fu would have been a better choice. . . Oh well... Too late now. I have extra wet suits, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards and fishing gear . . . Let's have some fun!
