Maria était bien reactive et l'appartment est tres bien situé. Cependant par rapport à son prix l'appartement necessite des travaux de renovation et de meilleurs equipments (Frigo, Douche, Literie, ...).

The apartment is right in the middle of the historic old town and in a beautiful residential area. It’s not possible to park outside the apartment due to the location, instead there is parking a 3-4 minute walk away. Maria was a brilliant host and was so friendly and helpful with recommendations - she went beyond expectations and was a pleasure to deal with. There are 5 in our family and we stayed for a week. The apartment layout is a bedroom to the left and another to the right with what would be a communal room in the middle. As we were 5 people, the middle room was set up as a bedroom which meant we had no communal space. The middle room also does not have air conditioning. The kitchen was outside the external door of the property and included a fridge and a selection of kitchen ware. We also had use of a roof terrace which was accessible through the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay, thank you Maria!

The location is amazing in the old city, and Maria and Laura are very charming, helpful and easy to communicate with. Nice bathroom, and the terrace on the roof is a nice spot when it is not too hot. Nevertheless we were disappointed because the apartment didn’t quite fit the description and what we payed for: Small. Only two bedrooms have air conditioning, a door and a proper bed. There is no air condition in the corridor or in the bathroom either. There’s no living room, even though the ad says it is, only a sofa in one of the bedrooms. No smoke derector. The apartment may be 50 meters from the ocean, but you’ll have to walk for at least 35 minutes to get to a beach. But Bari Vecchia has a lot to offer and is really worth a visit.

De belles chambres dans un très bel emplacement : un très bon endroit pour découvrir Bari. Maria à été aidante et de bons conseil ! Déco vintage ; le coin cuisine pourrait être modernisé.

Great location in the old town of Bari. Best not to have a car in this location, don’t need one and limited parking. Top floor apartment with nice roof area for drinks. No lounge or communal area but the roof works for that. Host is very helpful and responsive.
