We had a great time and even drove to Savannah for brunch and shopping, about a 40 minute drive to downtown. Overall great experience and would highly recommend if you're looking to escape. We got lucky and our neighbor Aribnb stayed to themselves but could see the distance being close for some people. We and the other Airbnb had dogs with us so we had to be mindful of that, but we had no issues. If you plan on burning a lot of wood to keep the fire going I'd suggest looking for more firewood on fb from locals since there wasn't much left for the 3 nights we stayed. Absolutely nothing bad to say about our host Cookie or the beautiful quiet property. Will probs be back!

The description is precise; the location is a charming cottage boasting a picturesque view of the river. The place is tidy and well-organized, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. It's worth noting that there is no washer and dryer available. Cookie, the host, consistently ensures that your stay is nothing short of exceptional. What enhances the experience even further is the availability of additional services. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of ordering fresh shrimp and local dishes, including a kit for preparing our own delightful low country boil, which turned out to be delicious. These culinary delights were promptly delivered to our door. Additionally, the option of boat tours to beaches accessible only by water added a unique and memorable dimension to our stay. We are already making plans to return!

Absolutely amazing host (Ms Cookie) made our little weekend getaway perfect! The cottage and property was breathtaking and all the amenities there were perfect. Loved the outdoor kitchen and pier.
