family loved it, my daughter was excited! called it the beach house! Felt very comfortable, beautiful location, close to the restaurants and the beach, but far enough not to hear the noise.

Our group had an incredible stay at Veronica’s place. We felt at home right from the start. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals with all the amenities, the draws were full of towels and other necessities, and the inclusion of a fireplace was especially great with the colder weather. This house is a great space for bigger groups or families who want a getaway on the island while also feeling at home. The location is also fantastic with walking distance to restaurant and the main strip of Avalon. Veronica was so responsive and accommodating to us. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
