With natural wood on the walls and ceilings and plush carpeting to warm your toes, the living space is casual and comfortable in every season. Begin each day by preparing breakfast in the full kitchen, use the free WiFi to find a new hiking trail, and curl up on the sofa with a crossword or a good book. Spend quiet nights at home with your loved ones, browsing the cable channels or popping in a DVD to watch on one of the three flatscreen TVs. We find dirty place and dishes, plus they charge for cleaning
The location is good; the condo itself was spacious but is extremely dated - carpet in the bathroom, dishwasher was old and didn’t work, and I noticed the day we were leaving that the upper stair rail is loose. Bathrooms and bedrooms are on lower levels. The was a lot of dust and cobwebs everywhere also. While there, it felt like the whole condo constantly moves (like being on a boat). The neighbor was having repair of his deck done, and the workers were using the deck to our condo to stabilize it. Also, there was a lot of construction going on throughout the whole complex as they were working on rebuilding all the front walkways/steps, so the noise started most days around 7am. A huge disappointment for the price we paid, because I’m sure they had notice of this level of work happening. We also had an issue with the “HOA” requesting that we vacate our service dog, that no dogs were allowed in the complex, yet there were plenty of neighbors that had dogs. We did resolve that.
Very nice place. Could have communicated how to use the front door lock however I eventually figured it out. The only thing I did not like was the fact that we had to go down stairs (two sets) to access bathrooms.
Be aware that the hot tube & pool is a community hot tube and pool and Vacasa is unable to give you the access codes to get it. You have to contact an on premises management company who is completely separate from Vacasa. Other than that it was a nice quiet place to stay but we were also there in the off season.
Came for work so just used the place to eat and sleep, but it was great. It was clean and very cozy. Definitely was a pleasant experience
