We stayed at this location for a week and loved it! This property had everything as listed and the location was within 15-45 minutes driving distance of most of the items on our itinerary! The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Our family has both a toddler and teenager in it and all members of our family felt very comfortable and at home at this property. We appreciated that they had a few games and puzzles for the kids as well. The outdoor space had a partial view of the mountains through the trees and was an added bonus space to relax in at the end of our long days of activities. We would definitely recommend this property and host to anyone staying in Colorado Springs.

I stayed in this rental 05/22/24 through 05/26/24. We were in town for my daughter's graduation. It was located in a quiet cul de sac. We immensely enjoyed this location as it was within 15 or 20 minutes of every activity we had planned. The home was spotless and we were appreciative of the attention the homeowners paid to the little details. Such as providing body wash (as we forgot ours). Having extra rolls of toilet paper, providing washing pods etc... The homeowners were very simple with their requests as to what they expected. We were not slammed with 10,000 rules as to what we could and could not do ( a HUGE relief). It was just an all around great rental experience! I would highly recommend this rental! VERY ENJOYABLE!!

Phil was a responsive host and also gave us an early check in for our stay! He made sure to communicate and respond to anything we asked. Upon arrival of the home there was a very strong smell of animal urine, it was so strong that we found multiple windows open in efforts to air out the smell. The entire home had pet hair all over. Bedding, carpet, sofas. We had to purchase multiple lint rollers, candles and even vacuum the home ourselves just to try and feel more comfortable. Aside from the odor and pet hair it was a good home and good area. There was also cigarette buds scattered around the backyard that I made sure to reach out and tell him about just so I didn’t have to go picking them up off the ground. The home was a good home like I mentioned but to anyone considering staying in the future that is not an animal person or possibly allergic, I do not recommend. We considered checking out early but powered through and extended our stay elsewhere.
