This place looks exactly like the pictures shown. Very neat and clean. However, please note the below points: 1. This is a studio apartment and not 1 bhk ( as what is described ). So if you are a couple or a couple with a toddler then this is the ideal place. Otherwise you might feel the place is small. 2. They are very strict with married policy. Only if you are married then only you will be allowed. Even though we were with our toddler, but i had to show marriage photo for verification ( again no complain but mentioning this for ppl to know) 3. If a mug would have been provided that would have been helpful. 4. They have swimming pool and children’s park. 5. I really liked the apartment and its near to the Surat airport ( approx 10 mins by car )

Rucha is a very experienced and a considerate host who understands her guests requirements very well. This property is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Pretty much a home away from home. I would highly recommend Rucha as a host and this property for a pleasant and hassle free stay. A note of appreciation to the housekeeping maid, who would ensure the place is spic and span at all times.
